Welcome to Garth Rose Consulting

Garth Rose Consulting was formed in 2009 with the goal of becoming a trusted resource for small and medium business leaders. As of 2025 we are in our sixteenth year of business and have now worked with over 500 businesses that range from small startups to established companies with revenues in excess of $100 million. The type of companies we work with are really diverse and the locations are across the world from the U.S. to Canada, Australia New Zealand and to the U.K.

At Garth Rose Consulting Group, we support high-performing leaders to increase emotional resilience, clarity, and effectiveness by targeting the nervous system—working through the body, not just the mind. This is strategic, body-based leadership coaching that improves stress regulation, sharpens decision-making, and enhances leadership presence under pressure.

By integrating the Talent Analytics Asseessment, we track progress and align the coaching with measurable business outcomes—so the impact is not only felt, but seen.

The result is grounded, adaptable leadership that drives stronger communication, healthier teams, and better results.

ELIZABETH ROSE, Leadership and Executive Coach

~ I have been a practicing attorney since 1999, with a focus on divorce and couples mediation. In addition to this work, I have diverse business experience—including contract law, Entertainment Law, LLC’s and corporations, retail and wholesale business experience including managing retail stores in both New York and Massachusetts, and coaching, teaching and mentorship—and I have gained incredible knowledge which has afforded me the opportunity to cultivate many different skills.

My use of the Talent Analytic Assessments has been a benchmark for understanding the dynamics in all the work I do. In my leadership and executive coaching, as well as my divorce and family mediation work, these systems have enabled me to understand fully what makes my clients process, interact and communicate the way they do, which, in turn, allows me to help them navigate the difficult conversations and negotiations—whether a divorce, a business opportunity or an artistic collaboration. To be able to help people communicate and negotiate effectively is incredibly rewarding.

When I work with families or within the organizational structure of a business, helping people understand their own behavioral styles, as well as the styles of those people they are relating to, is the first step in creating authentic communication. From there, we are able to develop strategies and implement structures to support continued dialog.

I am currently on the Vision Counsel Board of a democratic school in Ojai, California. Previously, I was the Board Chair of this school and held the Board Chair role of an award winning theater in Los Angeles.

I am able to reference my business, legal, and coaching experience as I work with clients and businesses to identify the complexities in people’s behavioral styles and what motivates them to succeed within your organization. I am available to help with hiring, addressing questions about advancement and promotion, developing strategies to support and grow each employee that you have, and work with you to develop healthy dynamics and relationships between all your employees—whether peer to peer, manager to staff, or in deconstructing the family dynamics that exist in a family business—to help foster strong communication and understanding.

I invite you to visit my Mediation website for additional information on my approach to Coaching and Mediation.

~ Thank you.

I am delighted to share my extraordinary experience working with Liz Rose, a phenomenal leadership coach who has profoundly impacted my professional and personal growth. Liz's expertise and guidance have been instrumental in transforming my leadership style and approach.
One of the most significant changes I underwent with Liz's support was gaining a deep sense of self- awareness, both in my professional endeavors and personal life. Through her insightful coaching sessions, I learned to recognize my strengths, weaknesses, and areas of improvement. This newfound self-awareness has allowed me to approach challenges with a clearer perspective, making me a more effective leader in various aspects of my life.
Liz has a unique way of teaching that shifted my understanding of leadership. She emphasized the importance of emotional intelligence over mere subject matter expertise. This paradigm shift was groundbreaking for me. Liz helped me comprehend that effective leadership is rooted in understanding and empathizing with the emotions and motivations of others. By honing my emotional intelligence, I have been able to foster stronger relationships, build collaborative teams, and navigate complex situations with grace and understanding.
Additionally, Liz equipped me with invaluable techniques for conducting efficient and productive meetings. Her strategies have not only saved time but also enhanced the quality of our discussions. I have learned how to structure meetings effectively, ensuring that every participant is engaged and that the objectives are met promptly. This newfound skill has streamlined my work processes and significantly improved the outcomes of my team interactions.
Working with Liz has significantly boosted my overall confidence. Her unwavering support and belief in my potential have empowered me to step out of my comfort zone and take on new challenges fearlessly. I now approach leadership opportunities with self-assurance, knowing that I have the skills and emotional intelligence necessary to lead effectively.
Liz is not just a leadership coach; she is a transformative force who has helped me evolve both professionally and personally. Her expertise in emotional intelligence, coupled with her practical techniques for effective leadership, has been invaluable to my growth journey. I wholeheartedly recommend Liz to anyone seeking to enhance their leadership skills, gain self-awareness, and boost their confidence. Working with Liz is an investment in oneself that yields remarkable and long-lasting results. Thank you, Liz, for your guidance, wisdom, and unwavering support. ~ Anthony De Souza, Director of Projects, coDesign

BRAXTON ROSE, Leadership and Executive Coach
~ I am a Boston-based somatic practitioner with over 15 years of experience working at the intersection of chronic pain, stress physiology, and mind-body health. I am a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP), a Postural Alignment Specialist (PAS), and a registered yoga teacher (E-RYT 500), with additional training in mindfulness-based and body-oriented approaches.

My work integrates somatic therapy, postural and movement-based interventions, and regulation-focused practices to support physical organization, nervous system stability, and emotional well-being. Clinically, I focus on how physiological patterns, stress responses, and lived experience interact, with the aim of helping individuals build greater bodily awareness, capacity, and resilience. I work collaboratively and emphasize practical education, skill-building, and sustainable self-care strategies.

Alongside my clinical work, I also serve in a coaching and educational capacity with individuals and organizations, supporting leaders in understanding how emotional regulation, physiological resilience, and decision-making are interconnected. This work draws on the same mind-body principles used in clinical settings and applies them to leadership, performance, and organizational health.

Through this work, we use the term emotional resilience to describe the capacity to remain regulated, adaptable, and effective under sustained pressure. I support leaders in developing this capacity through education, experiential learning, and practical tools that enhance focus, communication, and recovery from stress. This approach emphasizes that emotional regulation is not separate from professional success, but foundational to it.

Alongside my private practice, I serve in a clinical coordination role within a community-based nonprofit organization in Massachusetts, where I support the design and implementation of mind-body interventions for individuals experiencing acute stress and crisis. This role involves adapting somatic and regulation-focused approaches for diverse populations, interdisciplinary teams, and complex clinical environments.

My professional experience also includes teaching movement, alignment, and nervous system regulation practices in performance and educational settings. This includes work with professional athletic organizations, such as the New England Patriots, as well as youth sports programs and independent school communities. In addition, I have contributed to the development of teacher training curricula and have supported the opening and development of yoga and movement-based studios, with a focus on sustainable pedagogy, injury prevention, and practitioner well-being.

My background includes working with a range of psychophysiological presentations, including trauma-related stress, attention-related challenges, and chronic pain conditions. I have a particular interest in the long-term effects of early developmental stress on adult health, and I am currently engaged in exploratory work examining how early adversity may influence later mind-body patterns, with the goal of informing more integrative and prevention-oriented care models.
I am also connected with the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard through community-based and advisory work related to trauma and stress research, contributing practitioner-informed perspectives to interdisciplinary conversations on health and resilience.

I am committed to contributing to thoughtful, compassionate approaches to health and healing that bridge clinical practice, leadership development, education, research, and community-based care.
